MOSCOW - Four Russian soldiers who were assigned to guard the still-smoldering remains of a Polish jetliner in April were charged Tuesday with stealing and using bank cards that belonged to an official who died in the crash, said Vladimir Markin, a spokesman for the Investigative Committee of the Russian general prosecutor. Over the weekend, Russia's Interior Ministry emphatically denied Polish allegations that police had taken valuables from the dead.
